Journal Advert Specifications

Quarter Page Adverts (No Full Bleeds):

• All advertisements must be defined by a border (except bleeds).
• Please supply your advertisement on CD in Quark 4, print-ready PDF or Illustrator EPS.
• Please indicate the application and version that it is created in.
• Please provide all images, scans, fonts and logos.
• Image resolution must be at least 300 dpi at the size they are to be reproduced.
• Please provide a matchprint (colour where appropriate) indicating visual appearance,
  size and cropping.
• No full bleeds for half page or quarter page advertisements.

Payment

• Please contact our advertising director for the latest rates.
• Note that prices are exclusive of VAT (EU tax).
• Invoices will be issued on publication.

Terms & Conditions

• Editors reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement upon receipt if its content is considered inappropriate or in breach of any copyright libel laws.
• Positioning of advertisements is agreed by the art director and the editors.
• Additional charges will be considered if alterations to copy or design are made.
• Cancellation of advertisements to be made 40 days prior to publication or a 50% charge will be issued.
